Weinberg Campus near Amherst, NY is seeking a Physical Therapist for Rosa Coplon Living Center, our 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

What will I do as a Physical Therapist with Weinberg Campus?

Evaluate resident and develop a plan of care, which is functional, and goal orientated in addressing resident needs.
Prepares and maintains all documentation as required by the outside agency or area of patient service.
Discuss the resident's progress with the attending physician, family, nursing, and other allied health professionals as needed.
Recommend appropriate adaptive equipment, assistive devices and rehabilitation equipment to the resident and physician.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

Current NYS license as a Physical Therapist
Prefer 1-year of long term care experience
At least a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy
